It is with mixed feelings that I say farewell to __(name)__. A feeling of sadness to see __(him/her)__ go, and yet happiness to see __(him/her)__ extending __(his/her)__ career boundaries.
__(Name)__ first joined our __(firm/company/organization)__ in __(year)__, fresh out of college. I had the fortunate opportunity to see __(him/her)__ grow over the years into a valuable member of our team. Most of us who have worked with __(name)__, have found __(him/her)__ to be a very conscientious, professional and hard-working young __(man/woman)__.
__(Name’s)__ outgoing and friendly personality helped to create a pleasant environment to work in and __(he/she)__ is held in high regard by __(his/her)__ colleagues. __(His/Her)__ contributions have been a great benefit to this organization and, undeniably, __(he/she)__ will be deeply missed here. It is definitely our loss and someone else’s gain.
