Please find enclosed a copy of Real Estate Purchase Agreement for the sale of the __(land/property/house)__ as described above. The terms, conditions and provisions, as set forth in this Purchase Agreement, will commence on __(date)__. At this time, please allow me to highlight some of the points included in the enclosed Real Estate Purchase Agreement, which include but are not limited to:

Once you have reviewed the entire Real Estate Purchase Agreement, I ask that you duly sign your name as the “Buyer” where indicated by an “X” and date it. Also, please ensure that your signature is appropriately witnessed. Your signature confirms your agreement to the terms, conditions and provisions contained in the said Real Estate Purchase Agreement. You will note that the “Seller,” in agreement with terms outlined in the document, has already signed it.
Once you have signed the Real Estate Purchase Agreement, please return the top two copies of it, along with your deposit payment in the amount of __($amount)__ to __(list who/where to be returned to)__. A copy of the fully executed Real Estate Purchase Agreement will then be immediately distributed to both parties.
