Thank you for being part of the __(Name of Ministry)__. Your contribution to this ministry as a member has been greatly appreciated. As we look ahead to the coming year, we are excited by the new goals and direction we seen our ministry going in and we want all our members to feel part of it.

There could be a number of reasons for this and we do not wish to assume anything. Hence, our letter to you to today. As always, we are grateful to everyone who makes a commitment to serve the Lord through our ministry. There are ever-growing needs within this ministry and this year we find that we require help in various areas including:
