RE: Swimming Pool for __(Community Name)__ Community
Over the last __(# weeks/months/years)__ there has been considerable amount of discussion between various members of our __(name of community)__ community and the __(Homeowner Assoc/Condo Board/etc.)__ regarding a community swimming pool. As members of this community, we believe the amount of__(Association/Condo)__ fees that we all contribute monthly, would give us ample revenue to construct and maintain a swimming pool for the use of our community members.
Upon investigation into the feasibility of this project, we have searched out and all agreed that a suitable location for this pool in our __(community/complex/building)__ would be at __(description of location or address)__.
