I am writing to you with respect to the above alleged parking violation. Please be made aware that I am in complete disagreement with this alleged violation and ask that this ticket be reversed.

According to your records, you indicate that my vehicle was illegally parked at __(location)__, stating that my vehicle was allegedly __(briefly describe how vehicle allegedly was illegally parked)__. Please allow me to bring to your attention that on the date of __(date)__, I was __(briefly describe where you and your vehicle were - Example: waiting my turn in line, drove up to the “departure” area, my passenger removed his suitcase from the trunk, and I drove away)__. At no time was my vehicle left unattended in the location you describe, nor was it in violation of a parking bylaw. If you believe you have proof to the contrary, I look forward to having such proof presented to me.

I find this parking ticket to be completely without merit and request that this violation be reversed immediately. If your __(name of department)__ department wishes to proceed with this penalty, please advise me of the date and location where I may present my case for appeal.
