RE: Group Benefits Plan

Though expenses have continuously risen over the years, we’ve managed to make adjustments in other areas of our organization to offset those increased costs. The company has been fortunate to have protected such a comprehensive Group Benefit Plan all this time.

Regrettably, however, economics have now forced us to review the Group Benefit program that __(Name of Organization)__ offers, and the size of the expenditure it represents to our corporation. The bad news is that, in order to keep our corporate costs under control, we have had to make adjustments to some of the coverages offered in the plan. The good news is, the overall Group Benefits Plan is still well intact.
