Attention all Staff:
RE: Personal Phone Calls on Company Time
It has come to my attention of late, that there has been considerable misuse of personal phone calls by employees during working hours. It has even been noted that some employees have been taking personal calls, via cell phones or otherwise, while attending to customers.
Please allow me to remind you that personal phone calls taken on company time, is strictly prohibited. In addition, this same company policy requires that all employees keep their personal cell phones silent while they are __(working/on duty/on shift/etc.)__. The only acceptable exception to this company policy applies when a personal call constitutes an emergency.
I trust that this reminder will be sufficient to assure the discontinuance of this misuse of personal phone calls during business hours by all employees. Thank you for your cooperation in bringing this issue to a successful end.
Yours truly,
