Thank you for attending our recent __(type of orientation)__ orientation. I was glad that you were able to join us and I really enjoyed meeting you. As mentioned at the orientation, __(name of organization)__ provides __(briefly describe the type of services you provide)__ to people in the __(name of community)__ community. We meet a range of needs in the community, from __(type of client need)__ to __(type of client need)__.
At times our __(company/agency/organization)__ may have a very heavy __(project load/caseload), where we find ourselves in need of many __(types of contractors needed - i.e. case workers)__ and at other times, we find that we have only a few __(projects/cases)__ that need attention. There is no way for us to predict from one week to the next what our __(project load/caseload) will look like, simply due to the sporadic nature of this business.
We do, however, want to assure you, __(Name)__, that we are most definitely in need your services. If you haven’t heard from us in a while, rest assured that this situation is only temporary.
