RE: Luncheon Invitation

We take pleasure in inviting you to join us at an informal luncheon that __(Name of Organization)__ is hosting. This luncheon is purely a social event, giving __(Name)__, our President, and us all an opportunity to get to know each other in a more casual atmosphere.

While we are all busy with our jobs, we never get the chance to interact with each other this way. Humanizing the people we work with tends to make for a much more pleasant work environment for us all. This buffet lunch grants us that special opportunity. It’s intended to allow us to take a break from our work to dine together, mingle, and enjoy each other’s company.
