I have been with__(Name of Organization)__ for __(length of time)__ now and I want to take this opportunity to say that I take pleasure in working for this __(company/organization)__. Over the course of this past __(length of time)__, I have taken on many responsibilities, some of which have been quite challenging. Yet, I am happy to report that my determination and perseverance have paid off, seeing me through to mastering each task.

It’s a milestone for me to have made it through this __(length of time – i.e. full year)__ victoriously. I believe that my dedication, along with good work ethics and good attitude, have also contributed to the positive performance review I received recently. Now, in accordance with company policy, I believe that my __(length of time – i.e. one-year)__ incremental raise is due, for I have fulfilled my obligations.

Please allow me to point out that as of my anniversary date, I have not yet received a __(salary/pay/wage)__ increase, nor have I heard anything about it one way or the other, and I must say this has been quite troubling to me. Nobody likes to be overlooked for a raise for no apparent reason and, considering that I’ve met all my obligations, I believe that this must have been an oversight. In all fairness, I now ask that the incremental raise for which I understand I am entitled to, be applied to my salary as quickly as possible.
