We have considered your proposal to __(briefly describe what the he/she is proposing to do)__ and for a number of reasons we do not support this suggestion.
- Firstly, we believe that we risk the possibility __(briefly describe top reason why it is risky – that the granite countertop will not be professionally cut to correct measurement due to the substandard cutting equipment at the site)__.
- Secondly, we are not prepared to __(give 3rd reason why proposal not acceptable – i.e. have another subcontractor involved in this project. The potential for delays always increases the more subcontractors that are involved.
- And, thirdly, we know that __(briefly describe 2nd reason why you won’t support this proposal – i.e. other contractors do not have difficulty having the finished product transported to the site without breakage. If this is a serious concern of yours, then we suggest that you make alternative arrangements to have it professionally delivered.
