It has been brought to my attention that your __(guests/parents/etc.)__ have been regularly parking in our private parking __(lot/garage)__. Please be reminded that our parking __(lot/garage)__ is private parking, designated only for our __(customers/patients/etc.)__ and employees. There are signs posted all over the parking __(lot/garage)__ that state this, along with warnings that unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owner’s expense.

The number of parking stalls we have available in our __(parking lot/garage)__ are very limited. So limited, in fact, that often our employees are required to park on side streets because the __(lot/garage)__ is full. Therefore, we can no longer be tolerant of those who are not __(customers/patients/etc.)__ or employees, that choose to park in our __(parking lot/garage)__.

Effective immediately, we will be actively arranging to have all unauthorized vehicles in our private parking __(lot/garage)__ towed at the owner’s expense.
