Please allow me to bring to your attention a serious situation that has occurred with the organization of the __(Name of Event)__ this year. The __(ad/poster/flyer/commercial/etc.)__indicates that __(briefly describe what it indicates)__ when, in fact, that is not what your organization offers. Instead, I have found that there is blatant discrimination towards __(type of organization/religion/race/etc.)__ entrants in this __(Name of Event)__ this year.

I contacted __(identity of department/person)__ on __(date)__ to __(inquire about…./to submit an entry in the…/etc.)__. It was then, I was told by __(this individual/your organizers/etc.)__ that __(briefly describe what you have been told)__. The fact that your organization is not willing to __(provide/allow/etc.)__ __(briefly describe what they are not providing/ disallowing)__ is clearly __(a disgrace to…/prejudicial discrimination against…./etc.)__. I want to know by what means of authority this decision has been made.

Please be aware that this is not a situation that I will allow to be brushed aside. I request that you kindly provide me with a full explanation as to why this has occurred and who is responsible for this decision.
