I know things have been real crazy this last while and I am saddened to see that it has eventually come to this. Though it may not appear like it these days, I want you to know just how special you really are to me. Even with my world currently turned upside down, I still think about you so often. Thoughts of you give a warm glow to my heart, just at the moments I seem to really need it, and that makes me smile. People look at me a bit suspiciously when they see this big smile on my face, but that only makes me smile all the more! Without even knowing it, __(name)__, you bring little moments of happiness to my days.
The pressure I am under in my life right now has occupied so much of my time that I have not been able to give our relationship the time and care that it deserves. Stress has a way of impacting us in ways that are not always desirable. I know I have said some things that I didn’t mean and I know you have felt very neglected.
