Throughout my career I have worked in both in-house technical support positions as well as customer technical support positions. I have had the opportunity to enhance my customer service skills and am able to walk a customer through any problem regardless of their skill level. I have also had the opportunity to hold the position of team leader and in this capacity, I believe that I have proven my ability to take charge when required while maintaining the propensity to be a team player.
