One of the primary reasons I am applying for a __(type of apprentice/internship position)__ position with __(name of organization)__ is because of the tremendous opportunity it offers for on-the-job training as a __(type)__ chef, while giving insight into to the operation of a __(restaurant/catering business/etc.)__.
