Through my conversations with a variety of people within the design industry, I have become aware of your potential need for a graphic design professional. I have held a career as a graphic design artist for the past __(#)__ years and have had the opportunity to experience everything from creating marketing materials for small independent firms to more recently, web development. I am confident that my past experience has helped me develop the kind of talents your firm is looking for.

I believe that my aptitude for the visual arts from and early age on, has given me a well-developed ability to visualize those concepts which are described by clients and develop them into a tangible formats. Throughout my career I have made a conscious effort to maintain knowledge of recent advances in the graphic design field. This is what led me to my recent work in web design, which successfully allowed me to apply my new web development technology skills. Keeping current with the latest advances the field of graphic design plays an important role in my career.

Beyond my technical and artistic skills, I have had the opportunity to spearhead a number of projects independently, giving me experience in a full range of duties and responsibilities such as; project goal-setting, preparation of formal presentations, and coordination of production and printing.
