Formula:
ABL = EBV x [ ( Hi - Hf ) / Hav ]

Where,
   ABL =Actual Blood loss,
   EBV = Estimated Blood Volume,
   Hi = initial Hematocrit,
   Hf = final Hematocrit,
   Hav = average of (Hi and Hf).
